The 3D material download page contains relevant information and prices, which are uniformly priced using virtual download coins. To confirm the download, simply deduct the corresponding download coins from your account at the listed price.
- 4.If there is any problem with the downloaded 3D materials, you can click "Report an Issue" on the download page to submit the relevant question. We will reply and solve the problem within 1-3 working days. If the material is not suitable, we will refund twice the download coins deducted for the material, and if it is a small problem with the material, we will refund the download coins deducted for the material.
5.About refunds:
- 1.Due to the nature of providing online virtual material services, refunds are generally not available once a recharge has been made. - 2.Refunds will be granted for valid refund requests. Firstly, the usage of recharge coins
